  If I could give this store less I would. Staff very unhelpful, made me feel uncomfortable. Asked me "Do you want something?" but not in a pleasant way. They both looked at me from behind the counter as if I was disturbing their conversation. I wanted to find out how much was on my gift voucher but felt I'd rather it expired than give them my custom. Won't shop in there again.

  Snobby staff made me feel very unwelcome in the store. Me and my mum both go in here as we love the clothes but we will never go in the Kendal store again. I do not appreciate being belittled. The clothes are good quality but I think it's quite expensive. Will shop with the brand again just not in Kendal.
