  Ordered headboards with struts (Order A4598215). Ordered headboards with struts. Got wall mounting instead! Now they are sending me struts for me to attach (hopefully with instructions - hope I do not have to drill?). What could go wrong?....well I will tell you. Now 4 weeks later they send me 4 struts. Then when I called again, they sent an engineer to fix the struts. The engineer came today and said he couldn't fix the struts after all, and i should get new headboards! Round in circles, here we go. Someone, please make this merry-go-round stop.
